Founder Family Experience
Starting and or running an early stage business is all encompassing and often takes a toll on family relationships. This is intensified when the founder has children. Through the Founder Family Experience (FFE), Graddha facilitates family discussion and workshops to support the family to communicate, collaborate and thrive.
During the FFE, Graddha takes each family through a series of forward looking exercises that explore the purpose of the family, shared and individual values, communication styles, goals, and an expanded definition of wealth. The goal is for the family to [re]discover their shared values and purpose, resulting in greater resilience and cohesion.
